CHINA'S HEALTH CARE NEEDS VERY SERIOUS REFORMS.

✅CHINA'S HEALTH CARE NEEDS VERY SERIOUS REFORMS.COROVAVIRUS OUTBREAK SHOWS THE REALITY.

We know past 3decades has transformed China from a poor nation to the world’s second-largest economy ,with GDP USD 14 trillion.
From poverty, hungry nation to a 50 lane Highway & 20,000 km bullet trains.
From $300 Per capita income (1990) to $10000 (2020) per capita.
we assume that  Chinese health care is developing just as fast as bullet train,50 lane Highway and per capita income.....but corona shows the reality.

✅Fact is that-

✔China become global Epidemic centre due to poor health care system and   Growing  old age in china.

We know one-child policy also contributed to a significant gender imbalance among China’s younger population.

✔China has one general practitioner for every 6,666 people, compared with the international standard of one for every 1,500 to 2,000 people, according to the World Health Organization.

✔China's big hospitals are now so large that some have their own police stations.

✔Hospitals in China are suffering an average of one violent attack every two weeks, according to state media... china launched new low to protect doctors.

✴#Epidemic in china-

1) #SARS epidemic appeared in 2002 in china,it killed approx 800 people and ineffected 8098 between Nov 2002-july2003.

China’s GDP growth fell two percentage points between first-quarter growth at 11.1% and second-quarter growth at 9.2%.

2) Now #CORONAVIRUS,  more than 82,500 have been infected, approx 4500 have died in china.

Globally 30 Lakh infections and  200,000 deaths......coronavirus epidemic could hurt the world economy $5 trillion.

✴Indian health care gaining the trust of Chinese patients-

#Indian private hospitals gaining the trust of Chinese patients.

We know India is becoming a preferred destination for Chinese nationals seeking treatments for various medical conditions. As many as ✅483,000 people travelled outside from China for medical care in 2015, and the figures are estimated to cross ✅800,000 by 2020, according to Global Growth Market. A sizeable number of the patients going abroad from the country for treatment come to India.

This is best illustrated by the case of 40-year-old Hua Li’s (pseudonym) . Hua was infected with Hepatitis C through a blood transfusion during a surgery 14 years ago. Before her trip to India, she was already in the middle stage of liver fibrosis, which eventually leads to cirrhosis and liver cancer.

In New Delhi, Hua was taken to a private hospital and given medicine that wasn’t available in China. ✔Her symptoms disappeared in four weeks.

Hua told the Chinese think tank Liaowang Institute: “The professionalism and cleanliness of India’s private hospital is impressive. It’s more like a hotel, unlike Chinese hospitals which are so crowded.”
SO,CHINA'S HEALTH CARE NEEDS VERY SERIOUS REFORMS.#COROVAVIRUS OUTBREAK SHOWS THE REALITY.
